No Claudiu mentioned it first during the original Luxtoberfest (which he scheduled) when he submitted the AI code for Reaper, and all the maps which have ratings higher than 3 (including Classic; before that Luxxers could only play Hawaii)

I like the idea.

a host should have an option that he can select how many people he wants to cycle out.

when someone selects cycle, a drop down menu appears to the side that allows him to select the number.

How about adding "cycle out all losers" and eliminating "highest ranked first". That would make some interesting Sundays. Cool

funny, i made the exact same suggestion today in chat with out realising that para even had a thread. I couldn't agree more para! Although i think nn grims suggestion takes it a step further!

Cycle 5 is nice -- But it would be great for it to be a set command.
/set cycle X (I think Para mentioned it earlier)

Cycle 5 would be much more helpful in letting everyone get a chance to play. I understand getting third place isn't as bad as sixth but keeping the first three people ingame sort of defeats the purpose. If it just cycled everyone nicely then there wouldn't be as many 'But I wanted to play again' issues.

More options on the cycle feature would be nice I agree. I like having it cycle 3 at times... but 5 would be nice for crowded rooms and tournaments.
