The irregular shaped Islands are accessable from the triangular "Sea Icons" only. In the Pacific the Sea icons connect to each other. The Lines in the ocean Delineate Sea Zones and not lines of attack. If a country hit 2 sea zones both will connect. Tibet can only be accessed via China (Himalayas) Likewise Military operations are precluded betweeen Chile and Argentina. This is due to the Andes and a 1978 decree by the Pope.
