Located at latitude of 15.25° north and longitude of 145.75° east, about 120 mi north of Guam, Saipan is about 13 mi long and 6 mi wide. It is a popular tourist destination in the Pacific. Starting Scenario: A war has broken out on the island of Saipan as a large group of long staying guest workers and their supporters fight against the local government and the indigenous people of Saipan for their rights to citizenship or a better immigration status. The government denies all their requests and drives the guest workers to a point where they have no other option but to take up arms in their last chance to get their long overdue rights as citizens of Saipan.
