new map idea/concept

I was tinkering in the map lab a bit and had an interesting idea. Is it at all possible to assign 1 tile to more than 1 bonus?
for example I was thinking that Carthage in re2 would be a 1 tile bonus on its own but then also count towards 1/5 of the Africa bonus.
Is there a way to edit the luxb file to accomplish this? I tried to do it from the map-editor with no success. I know you can add in 1 way connections via that method but would it all be possible to accomplish what I'm thinking of?

This is possible in Lux Alliance, which has individual territory bonuses, as well as region/cont bonuses.

It's not possible in Lux Delux.
