Actually the thread is just a place-marker for enforcement of #3. In case a mod feels hesitant to spear a troll for free speech reasons or whatever, s/he can just move it here instead of deleting it. Also, I do note the existence of the rumpus room, but had some difficulty with the link since I was sitting in a cell phone lot at the time.
