I remember when I saw the winning message, "Win 10 more times and I will tell you a secret.", I really wanted to get my 10th win to see what it was...

I remember

Post by Sir Holo » Sun Feb 12, 2012 10:22 pm

I remember princessknights.

I remember when almost no one else knew about Lux.

I remember being #1 once, back when there we almost no players.

I remember wave after wave of newcomers. Old timers coming back around. Welcome to you all!

I remember joining the Lux forums in the Summer of 2004.

That's almost 8 years ago.

I remember this (2005):

"Smedz" posted a list of his favorite opponents. I answered:

"Thanks for your list of respected players, smedz (no surprises). You did not claim the list to be exhaustive, fortunately there are much more
(...) but it would be a nonexcusable lapse not to mention our female friends like Michelle, Sidhe ... Fair Amazons!"

"Smedz" apologized:

"i agree, and your absolutely rigt about the ladies, as suggested, i was working from memory - noticable ommissions being pk, sidhe and michelle - sorry to all..."

"Sidhe":

"Baden you charmer...
You know we just love it when you call us Amazons but, in the interest of clarity, I must point out that none of us are missing a left breast. Wink"

I made clear:

"The "missing breast" of the Amazons is like the whole story rather unproven..."

Happy end of the story: "Smedz" and "Sidhe" (with two breasts) married some time later and are still happy as far as I know.

The only marriage caused by LUX so far I guess.

We all remember the big love affair between "Michelle" and "XRay" at the early times as well. But no idea if they are still together.

I remember when Rhye was a bread. Usually the last bread that people would buy because that was all that was left on the shelf.

? really?
When did that ever happen? Believe when I was chasing, I was always in the top 10
but of course i didnt even play on Sundays until 2010, 5 years after I started lux

But me does remember the "MAIN ROOM" being more than 1 room

Oh to remember,
Sunday Chase rooms, I do recall a Suday with 5 chase rooms,
classic, 2 bio rooms, rome, and the MOTW.

those were the days
